Exchanges/ Returns
Maria Martinez accepts exchanges. You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to exchange the goods.
In order for the Exchange to take pplace, you have to send an email to info@mariamartinezbeachwear.com with the model, colour and size you want to switch for. The final value should aways be equal or superior to the value of the product you originally acquired through our website. Shipping costs are supported by the client.
Exchanges are limited to the existing stock.
The piece should be new, unused, with the protection, all Maria Martinez tags still attached and the original packaging intact (the one initially received when purchasing the goods).
Exchanges that do not meet this policy, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
In countries whose exchange is made by MRW and after sending an email to the brand, MRW will proceed with the delivery of the new piece upon return made by the client of the old one. Attention, the old piece has to fulfill the requirements mentioned above for the exchange of the merchandise to be accepted by the brand.
NIn countries where the exchange is made by DHL, after receiving an email from the customer, the customer will receive an exchange form from the brand. After completing it, DHL will pick up the piece. Attention, the old piece has to fulfill the requirements mentioned above for the exchange of the merchandise to be accepted by the brand.
In countries where the piece is sent via registered CTT, the client must inform the brand of the intention to proceed with the exchange and make the respective return via registered CTT. The merchandise must fulfill the above mentioned requirements, so that the exchange of the piece is accepted by the brand.
Returns
Maria Martinez doesn’t accept returns, only if the product has quality defects proven by the brand.
